The Miami buyer's guide

What to expect when buying a home in Miami, from the first search to the closing table, with a bilingual broker at your side.

Get clear on budget and financing

Before touring, know your price range and, if you are financing, get pre-approved. It sharpens your search and strengthens your offer.

Search with a plan

We match homes to what matters most to you: area, lifestyle, and timeline, including off-market and pre-construction options.

Tour, then offer with confidence

We arrange private showings, then structure an offer grounded in current market data so you win without overpaying.

Inspection to closing

We coordinate inspection, appraisal, title, and financing so the path to the keys stays smooth and on schedule.

Frequently asked

How much do I need for a down payment?+

It varies by loan type and whether you are an international buyer. We will connect you with lenders who explain your options clearly.

How long does buying take?+

From accepted offer to closing is often 30 to 60 days, depending on financing and the property.

Do I pay for a buyer's agent?+

Commissions are negotiable and there is no rate set by law or by us: they are agreed between the parties and by nobody else. Before we tour homes you sign a written buyer-broker agreement, and it states what our compensation is and who pays it. A seller may agree to contribute toward it, but no seller is obliged to, and you may pay it yourself. You will know the figure and who is paying it before you commit to anything.
