The lifestyle
Parks, golf courses, shopping, and business parks sit side by side, and the street grid is newer and easier to drive than most of the county. Miami International Airport is close for frequent travelers.
Homes and prices
The typical home is a townhome or single-family house in a gated community, much of it newer construction. Association rules and newer-community fees vary, so it pays to review them, and we do that with you.
For international buyers
Our office is in Doral, so this is the area we know street by street. We work in English and Spanish, whichever you prefer, and we guide the whole purchase from the first showing through closing, remotely if you are still abroad.
Good to know
How close is Doral to the airport and downtown?
Miami International Airport is a short drive, and the business parks around it are closer still. Downtown and Brickell are usually twenty to thirty minutes outside peak hours and noticeably longer at rush hour, since the trip runs on the expressways.
What should I check before buying in a gated community here?
Association rules, monthly fees, and any newer-community assessments, since these differ across developments. We review the documents with you before you commit.
